Application for Recognition of Agenda Tab Performance
A formal submission requesting institutional acknowledgment of pre-call tab management as professional conduct.
Section I: Statement of Practice
The applicant opens the meeting agenda document in a browser tab between thirty seconds and three minutes before the scheduled call start time. The document was available for review at all times during the preceding business day. The applicant did not review it at those times.
The tab is opened so it appears to have been part of the preparation.
Section II: Basis for Recognition
Under the governing rule, familiarity may certify agenda tab performance even when efficiency cannot. The practice has been performed without objection by the applicant and by peers in adjacent roles. Agenda tab performance creates a small sense of control.
