Correspondence Regarding Pasted Draft Cleanup

The attached document represents my work. I am writing to clarify what that means.
The document began as a prompt. The prompt was submitted to an AI tool. The tool returned a draft. The draft was, on balance, serviceable.
It was not, however, in my voice. It contained phrases I do not use. It used a word that I find imprecise in this context and that I have edited out. The structure was logical but not the structure I would have chosen.
Pasted Draft Cleanup adds one private manual check before any assisted draft is shared. I performed that check. The check consumed approximately twenty minutes.
The revised version is the attached document. It is in my voice. The imprecise word is gone. The structure is now the one I would have chosen.
I am not writing to explain the tool. I am writing to note the cleanup, which I have also not explained anywhere in the attached document, or in any prior communication about the attached document, or in any conversation that occurred while the attached document was being prepared.
The help is useful enough to use and awkward enough to disguise. The cleanup is the disguise.
Assisted work becomes routine while disclosure stays exceptional. I have now disclosed. I have disclosed in a letter that will not be attached to the document or included in any record of its production.
The document stands as submitted.
