Forensic Record of Generated Agenda Assist

An AI-generated meeting agenda is manually edited before sending, and the editing converts the output into something disclosable.

Forensic timeline, July 12.

09:14 - Prompt entered requesting a structured meeting agenda for a thirty-minute product review. Parameters included: attendees, prior action items, and desired outcome.

09:14:38 - Response received. Six agenda items. Time allocations included. Opening context paragraph provided. Language was clear and organized.

09:15 - Manual review began. The subject altered the phrase "collaborative discussion" to "review session." The subject added one agenda item not in the original output. The subject removed the phrase "it is important that we."

09:17 - The edited document was sent under the subject's name without indication of the tool that generated the first draft.

Generated Agenda Assist adds one private manual check. The check is the edit. The edit converts the AI output into something the subject authored, at least partially, at least visibly enough that the question of origin becomes answerable in a way that is technically true.

The help is useful enough to use and awkward enough to disguise. This is the forensic finding. The two facts are simultaneous. Neither resolves the other.

That check becomes part of the normal workflow. After the fourth agenda, the edit phase shrank from three minutes to forty seconds. The edit was no longer a substantive revision. It was a ritual of touch. The document needed to have been touched.

Assisted work becomes routine while disclosure stays exceptional, and the gap between them widens with each iteration.

Under the governing rule, generated agenda assist becomes procedure once repetition feels safer than reconsidering it. The question of whether to disclose was considered once, in July, and the conclusion was that the context did not require it. The question has not been raised again because the conclusion is already available.

Forensic record closed. No evidence of policy violation detected. No policy yet exists.
