Summary
At approximately 21:47 on the evening in question, two occupants of the residence initiated an attempt to select a streaming title for shared viewing. The attempt consumed eighty-five minutes. No viewing occurred.
Sequence of Events
21:47 Netflix opened. Scrolled to bottom of continue watching. Neither occupant wished to resume any item in the continue watching list. Netflix minimized.
21:51 Amazon Prime opened. One occupant noted the catalogue "looks the same as last time." This is not possible. This is the reported experience.
21:58 SonyLIV opened to check whether a recently discussed series was available. It was not available. SonyLIV closed.
22:04 Hotstar opened. One occupant observed that "everything on Hotstar requires watching live." This is partially inaccurate. The conversation to correct this observation consumed eleven minutes.
22:15 Netflix reopened. The What To Watch Paralysis had completed one full cycle and begun a second.
22:41 Both occupants agreed to watch something they had already seen before. This proposal was rejected by the same occupants who made it, on the grounds that it indicated defeat.
