Minutes on the Matter of Photo Approval Protocol
Twelve photos were taken. Before any are shared, they must be reviewed by the people in them. This is understood without being stated.

The session was not formally convened. It convened naturally when the photographer shared twelve photos in the group chat.
First Round
Four of the twelve photos received immediate approval by all visible parties. These four were cleared for sharing.
Three photos received one objection each. The objections cited: unflattering angle (one), eyes closed (one), and a general preference against this particular expression that the subject acknowledged was subjective but maintained was valid.
The Pending Items
Two photos had not been reviewed by all subjects because two subjects had not been online. These photos are good photos. They cannot be shared until the offline subjects confirm their position. The offline subjects are not aware they are holding up a good photo.
One photo contains a subject who looks fine and has approved similar photos before but who has not responded to this specific batch. Their silence is not interpretable as approval.
The Negotiation
One photo is disputed. The photographer thinks it is the best of the batch. The primary subject in the photo disagrees. The disagreement is about whether a candid moment represents the subject accurately or catches them in a momentary expression that does not.
The photographer does not have veto power over photos containing other people. The subject does not have veto power over the photographer's opinion. Both are true.
The photo will not be shared. The photographer will keep it in their camera roll and refer to it privately as the good one.
