Notice Regarding Nft Utility Waiting
The token was purchased. The utility is forthcoming. The roadmap has been updated.
Terms and Conditions: NFT Utility Waiting Effective Date: Your Date of Purchase Last Updated: More Recently Than You Think
1. Definitions
"Utility" means the benefits, access, experiences, and features described in the project's roadmap, whitepaper, Discord announcements, and the Twitter Spaces held during the mint period.
"Roadmap" means the document or image or series of posts that described what holders would receive. The roadmap is subject to change. The roadmap has been changed.
"Waiting" means the period between purchase and utility delivery, which is currently ongoing and of unspecified duration.
"Holder" means you.
2. Utility Delivery
Utility will be delivered in phases, where a phase is a unit of time whose duration is not specified and whose content is subject to revision based on community feedback and market conditions.
Phase 1 has been completed. Phase 1 consisted of the mint. You participated in Phase 1 by purchasing.
Phase 2 is underway. Phase 2 consists of building. Building is happening. The team is building. Evidence of building is available in the Discord server, which contains regular updates from the team confirming that building is ongoing.
Phase 3 will deliver the utility. Phase 3 will begin when Phase 2 is complete.
3. Holder Obligations
The holder agrees to: hold the token, participate in the community, provide feedback through established channels, remain patient, and understand that the current period of waiting does not constitute a breach of any promise, which was always a promise of intent rather than a promise of timeline.
The holder acknowledges that waiting is a core feature of the ownership experience and not evidence that anything has gone wrong.
4. The Roadmap
The original roadmap contained specific dates. The updated roadmap contains phases. The updated roadmap is more accurate than the original roadmap because phases do not expire.
The original roadmap dates were aspirational. All roadmap dates are aspirational by nature, because a roadmap describes a future that has not occurred and may occur differently than described, which is the definition of a roadmap and also, it turns out, the definition of a promise made by a project with no legal enforcement mechanism.
5. Community
The Discord server has 4,200 members. The Discord server has a channel titled "utility-updates." The utility-updates channel has been updated eleven times. The updates confirm that utility is coming. No update has specified when.
The community is described as the real utility. This description appears in update number seven and has not been contested in the channel, which does not mean it was not contested.
6. Governing Rule
Utility will arrive when it arrives, and the terms under which it was promised were never terms in any contractual sense, and the waiting has been reclassified by the team as the experience, and the holder has no formal recourse, which was also in the terms and conditions, although the terms and conditions were not prominently displayed during the mint.
7. Status
Building continues. Phase 3 has not started. The holder's token remains in their wallet. The wallet contains the token and the utility that has not arrived.
Both are yours to keep.
