Article I: Scope and Application
These terms govern all transactions involving a produce bag where at least one item may be concealed beneath another item of greater volume. This includes but is not limited to: spinach under brinjal, tomatoes obscured by gourd, loose coriander distributed throughout the bag's base layer.
These terms apply at the moment of intended departure from the stall.
Article II: The Double Check Obligation

It is not waived by time pressure. It is not waived by the shopper having purchased from this vendor for multiple years without incident.
