Application for Portfolio Case Study

Finding 1: Sequence Inversion
The case study describes how the project was built. The project has not been fully built. The case study was started anyway, on the grounds that the remaining work is understood well enough to describe accurately.
This is technically correct. The remaining work is understood. The understanding has been documented in a case study that will be published after the work is done, except that the case study is already published in draft form and has generated interest that the completed work has not yet justified.
Finding 2: The Administrative Expansion
The portfolio project was supposed to create freedom. It has created freedom's administrative infrastructure: a case study, a GitHub link to a repository with one commit, a landing page explaining the concept, and a waitlist form with six subscribers, four of whom are known personally.
None of this is the product. All of it is real work.
Finding 3: The Governing Rule
Visible preparation counts as revenue-adjacent activity for as long as no paying customer arrives to require a different standard. The waitlist has six entries. The standard remains at visible preparation.
Finding 4: The Contradiction
A case study proves that something was built. A case study written before something is built creates an obligation to build it, which is slightly different from wanting to build it, and noticeably different in energy.
Status
The project is in progress. The case study will be updated upon completion. Completion date is not confirmed.
The case study is live. Preliminary findings are promising.
