Yes. Coworkers start planning around that step. The day is called flexible while requiring extra location planning. I recognize this is not formally policy. Under the governing rule, however, desk claim ritual becomes procedure once repetition feels safer than reconsidering it. We have both been here for some time. Flexibility hardens into an unwritten schedule. The schedule now includes the bottle.
