Summary of Findings
Room recommendation forwarding was observed in consistent deployment throughout the review period. The practice involves sending a link or description of an active live audio room to a contact, with the intent that the contact join. The contact does not always join before the room ends.
The gap between the time a recommendation is sent and the time the recipient encounters it ranges from two minutes to four hours, depending on the recipient's notification settings, the state of their current activity, and whether they are the kind of person who checks messages promptly.
Process Dependencies
The forwarding behavior has one dependency that is not documented in the message: the room must still be active when the recipient acts on the recommendation. This dependency is not mentioned in the message because, at the time of sending, it is not considered a constraint. The room is active. The message is sent. The room is assumed to still be active later.
A recommendation for a live event sent without the timestamp of the event is not a recommendation. It is a record of enthusiasm for something that may no longer exist.

The forwarding behavior and the failure mode have coexisted since the format launched. Neither has modified the other. The recommendation is sent because the room is good and the person sending it believes the person receiving it would also find it good. The belief is accurate. The room is usually good. The recipient usually cannot verify this.
Recommendation
No structural revision recommended. Include, at minimum, the room title and approximate start time in the forwarding message so the recipient can assess whether the room is likely to still be active. This step takes six seconds.
It has not been added. The enthusiasm of the moment does not produce a six-second delay.
