Agenda Item 1: Initial Assessment

The shower was turned on. Water temperature was assessed via brief hand contact. The temperature was deemed insufficient. The knob was adjusted in the warm direction.

A motion to wait for conditions to stabilize was made implicitly and carried without discussion.

Agenda Item 2: First Adjustment Review

Water temperature was reassessed. Progress was noted. The temperature was deemed close but not yet at the agreed target. A further minor adjustment was made in the warm direction.

A member raised the concern that the previous adjustment may have been too conservative. The concern was noted. A slightly more aggressive second adjustment was applied.

Agenda Item 3: Overshoot Remediation

The temperature had exceeded the target. This was acknowledged. A small adjustment in the cool direction was applied. The temperature returned to the vicinity of the target.
