Meeting face rehearsal entered the video call ecosystem sometime in 2020 and has been running without interruption since. It is the two-to-ninety-second window before joining a call in which the participant examines their own image, makes decisions about it, and then joins having prepared an expression for public deployment. The call begins. The rehearsed expression is presented. The call proceeds.
What the classification notice documents is the drift from voluntary to structural. The check was initially occasional. A new setting. An important presentation. A call with someone not seen before.
