The New Notebook Has Been Declared a New Life
A person acquires a blank notebook and thereby acquires, for a brief period, a blank future.
Section 1: Applicant Information
Applicant presents as a person who has recently acquired a new notebook. The acquisition occurred within forty-eight hours of the applicant acknowledging, in private, that the existing planning system had become unworkable.
The existing planning system is not broken. It functions correctly. It contains a record of tasks started and not completed, and that record is the problem.
Section 2: Statement of Need
The fresh notebook reset is required because beginning a task while surrounded by evidence of unfinished tasks is considered a form of administrative interference. The applicant cannot begin in a contaminated environment.
The new notebook is not a notebook. It is a fresh jurisdiction. Within it, the applicant becomes a person who has not yet made the decisions that produced the unfinished tasks in the old notebook.
This feeling is temporary. Its duration ranges from eleven minutes to four days.
