Section 1: Definitions
"The Course" refers to the structured educational product the subject intends to produce, record, and sell, which will create freedom, flexibility, and meaningful recurring income.
"The Outline" refers to the document describing The Course, which has been revised fourteen times without the underlying content being recorded once.
Section 2: Acceptable Grounds for Revision
The Outline may be revised whenever any of the following conditions are present: a module name sounds less professional than originally believed; a competitor's course was discovered and their structure raises questions; a new insight suggests the flow should begin differently; or the weekend in question does not feel like the right weekend to begin recording.
These conditions are present continuously and collectively satisfy the revision threshold on a rolling basis.
Section 3: Status of Administrative Work
Time spent naming, renaming, ordering, and reordering modules constitutes visible preparation. Visible preparation counts as revenue-adjacent activity until such time as a paying customer requires a different standard.
No paying customer exists yet. The standard therefore remains at visible preparation.
Section 4: Obligations of the Course Creator
The subject agrees to continue refining module structure in good faith. The subject acknowledges that recording the first lesson would settle most open structural questions. The subject reserves the right to decline this resolution on the grounds that the first lesson must be strong.
The first lesson's quality cannot be assessed until it is recorded.
Section 5: Term
This arrangement continues until the outline is in a state where recording feels clearly appropriate, a state that shall be defined at the sole discretion of the subject, and which may not be reached during the current tax year.
The project is real. Conditions are nearly ideal. Recording begins soon.
